Shopify Payments name change after transfer

We've followed the exact steps for store transfer as per


The final point here


Relates to changing the account ownership with Shopify Payments and this has to be manually done by support.


We raised this request 5 days ago and still it's not done.


Every day we ask support for an update and are told the same thing, that it's being prioritized by the Payments team - but still no resolution.


This is a simple name change following the ownership transfer - how could this take so long?


Am I missing something as to why this isn't being actioned as it just shouldn't take this amount of time?
