Shopify Payments name change after transfer

We've followed the exact steps for store transfer as per https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/staff-accounts/create-staff-accounts#transfer-store-...

Relates to changing the account ownership with Shopify Payments and this has to be manually done by support.

 

We raised this request 5 days ago and still it's not done.

 

Every day we ask support for an update and are told the same thing, that it's being prioritized by the Payments team - but still no resolution.

 

This is a simple name change following the ownership transfer - how could this take so long?

 

Am I missing something as to why this isn't being actioned as it just shouldn't take this amount of time?
