I understand that you received numerous orders placed through Shopify Payments however, you're unable to see each transaction in your Payouts section of the admin. To confirm, are there any error messages or banners within your Shopify admin indicating a payout hold?
Secondly, you could check to see if there are any failed negative payouts. A negative payout may happen if you've refunded a customer. Shopify would attempt to debit your bank account for that, but the debit was unsuccessful. If we are not able to debit the funds from the account, it can halt all future payouts. When there are enough funds in the bank account for us to debit, or enough positive transactions have been processed to cover the negative balance, you can click RETRY PAYOUT in the failed payout.
I would recommend contacting our support team through the Shopify Help Center so we can accurately determine why your transactions are not appearing in your Payouts section. The information mentioned above may be a possibility however, it would be best for our team to access your account to troubleshoot effectively.
