Shopify payments not showing up at checkout

I’ve been looking up what to do with this situation and it says to set up 2Factor Authentication which I’ve already done and I’ve already provided the necessary bank details yet the Shopify payments aren’t showing up at checkout,what should I do?

Hi, I have the same problem. I use safari and tried multiple times to contact support. But it says that they currently don’t accept any tickets(requests) but I did not try to clear the cache and cookies because I use both app and browser

Contacted support and they said that you need to go to the Dashboard and then to your notification on the right side (located above) and there is a notification for you verification. Give them what they want (ID, Adress-verification) and then you have to wait for max. 24h. It could be that you would need to give them a prove of your business ownership. I am in German so I don’t know how it is in your country.
