Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I launched a website using Shopify two weeks ago. Unfortunately, customers are unable to place orders using credit cards due to issues with Shopify Payments. Despite reaching out to the support team on ten occasions, the matter has been transferred to another department with assurances of prompt follow-up. However, as of today, no resolution has been provided, and communication from the support team appears to be automated. With Mother’s Day approaching and marketing campaigns underway, the absence of a functioning customer service line is hindering sales. This situation is particularly frustrating as we are paying for a service that is not operational, and the promised customer support is lacking. The case number associated with this issue is 47456071. We urgently request a resolution today, as our business and customers are of utmost importance.
