Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I have a very serious problem with Shopify. During the pandemic, my company marketed several orders through the Shopify platform, all of which were delivered to consumers. It so happens that, due to a security policy, Shopify blocked all of my company's revenue and until today the amounts are not available for the company to withdraw and use to cover the operation's expenses.
We're 10 months away with no return from Shopify, and this serious backlog has caused irreparable damage to the company's finances and investors. I would like to request a solution! In February 2020 we estimated $20,000 held by Shopify. I have contacted support dozens of times and they never gave us feedback and a solution to this situation.
Thank you for bringing this to the Community. If funds are put on reserve to cover potential chargebacks, or if Shopify Payments is disabled for your store, then our teams will reach out to the account owner via email. If funds are being held in reserve, then they would typically be released within 120 days; however, each case is unique. To determine where your funds are, how long they are being held for, and when to expect them, you will need to contact Shopify Support. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
