Shopify Payments paused suddenly

Hello Guys,

3 days ago, shopify paused my shopify payments.

I use shopify payments for 5 years now and suddenly they asked me for more documents (and i delivered) and then they paused my payments. My customers can't buy in my store for 3 days and all the answers i receive from shopify is 'we are working actively on it'. All i know is that it's the 3rd day that no one answers me and the support only tells me to wait for an email that never arrives.

Does anyone as a suggestion about what i should do?
