Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My payout from Shopify payments has been on hold for weeks now. They said I should’ve got an email notifying me that it’s on hold which me and many other have not received. I’ve been contacting them over and over again and all they say is that they have no timeframe and to wait for an email from Shopify, but that email just never comes.
Without the payout I can’t fulfill orders or continue running my ads, but of course a multi billion dollar company does not think or care what a hold of this length can do to a business.

We're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, as we don't have access to merchant accounts. However, we'd recommend double-checking your emails, including junk folders, to see if there's been any communications from our Payments team. If you're still not seeing any emails from Shopify, then please get in touch with us via the Shopify Help Center so that one of our Support advisors can further assist you through live chats.
