Shopify Payments Pending for more than 25 days

It's been more than 25 days and my initial payments haven't been released yet. The status still shows pending since day one. This is my 4th time mentioning it in the community and conversed live with 8 Shopify representatives regarding the issue. Please connect me with the account officer so I can provide the documents (if needed) to verify my account for Shopify Payments, so I can start running my business properly. 


I have multiple subscriptions and it is simply a waste for me & I won't be able to cover the subscription costs if I don't run my website properly. The delay is just because I can't get in touch with the right point of contact who could simply share the issue (even if it is from my end).
