Shopify payments refused

Hi team! 

I trying to activate my shopify payments but it refused to activate it.... it said name already taken even though I changed it the problem still continue... please help me...

Thank you for the context! The issue will require the help of Shopify Support. You can contact Shopify Support by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
