Shopify Payments setup for non-eligible country

I have registered my business in eligible Shopify payments countries(UK), but in the step of account representative next button is not working, I tried to change my country to an eligible one, and worked. what can I do? because I reached out to support and my ticket was 4 days ago now still no email/response

Since this is an account issue, the best solution will be coming directly from Shopify support team. You will need to follow up your case with them from time to time via live chat instead of email or ticket to avoid moving it further on the queue.
