Shopify Payments Stuck In Test Mode

In preparation for store launch I was trying to use the Shopify Payments test mode.  I was able to enter test mode just fine but during the testing process the checkout process wouldn't continue to the shipping page after entering my information. Now I can't get Shopify Payments out of test mode. The manage button for Shopify Payments is greyed out and the turn off test mode quick link in the warning doesn't appear to do anything. I now have no way to exit test mode or continue through the checkout process. What can I do to correct this issue?

Solved. All payment setting changes can only be made by the account owner, employees do not have access. Even with the owner account I had to log out, clear my browser cache, and log back in to be able to access Shopify Payment management and turn off test mode.
