Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello Shopify Community,
I'm reaching out here because I’m facing an issue with my Shopify Payments account, which was unexpectedly suspended a few days ago without any prior notice or communication from Shopify. Since then, I have not received any emails or updates from the review team, despite checking all of my inbox folders (including spam).
I contacted Shopify Support immediately after receiving the suspension notification, and they informed me that my account is under review by the internal team to ensure compliance with Shopify's guidelines. However, I have been waiting for several days now, and the lack of communication or a clear timeline for resolution is becoming a concern.
As a result of this suspension, my store is unable to accept new orders through Shopify Payments, which is significantly affecting my business and customer satisfaction. I understand that reviews are necessary for security and compliance, but the uncertainty and lack of information make it difficult for me to plan any next steps.
Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take for your account to be reviewed and reinstated? Also, are there any additional steps I can take to expedite the process or receive a clearer update from the review team?
I would appreciate any advice or insights from the community or Shopify team members who can provide further guidance.

Based on experience, this kind of issue will take some time to be resolved. The best course of action as of now is to monitor your email from to time and follow up with your case.
