• Following my recent communication with Shopify support representative, Justine, I am writing to verify how to request a written approval to use shopify payments for my business, Cardda. We are an authorized reseller in Germany, operating under a contract with ICP Transaction Solutions GmbH, specializing in the online sale of prepaid and gift cards.

  As I understand from Shopify payments Restricted Businesses policy, certain activities, particularly those related to financial products and services, may require prior written approval from shopify payments team. Given the nature of our business, I would like to ensure that we are fully compliant with shopify payments terms of service and any applicable restrictions.
