So I recently got a message indicating I must provide the risk department with some documents. I went ahead and did so, but it looks like one of the documents was rejected (Proof of Address). I provided them with a bank statement that had my name/address.
They have indicated that a bank address will not suffice here. I live with my parents at the moment, and therefore none of our utilities are actually under my name. How am I supposed to provide proof of address? I have a drivers license with my name/address, but no utility bills.

The best way to resolve this issue is to reply directly to the email you've received from our team to ask for alternative documentation you can provide (since accepted documents vary based on region). If you're not able to locate the email, you can reach out to our live support team through the Help Center and we can review your account and connect with the Shopify Payments team to proceed.
