Shopify Payments won't validate even though my business and personal information is correct.

First of all, I wish everyone good work. Although my business and personal information is correct, Shopify Payments is not approved. My company is registered with the UK local government, but my personal residence address is in Turkey. Although the documents I have sent to Shopify Payments are accepted by many marketplaces and banks, they are not verified by Shopify Payments. If anyone has any experience on this subject, can they convey it? Or can the verification process be performed with an authorised person?
