Hello,  I am trying to set up Shopify payments but it is not showing up at the top of my payment screen.  I have no other payments options selected. 

Originally I was having issues with the shopify payment, so it was disabled. I did not receive an email regarding the disabling. How do I re-activate Shopify payments and set up my payment method?

June here from Shopify. I'm happy to help however I can.

For starters, I'd love to know more about what you're seeing on your end. When you visit Settings > Payments in your admin, what is the first section you see at the top of that page? Shopify Payments? PayPal Express Checkout? Third-party providers? If you're comfortable sharing a screenshot (obscuring any sensitive details), you're more than welcome to do so!

Could you also tell me:

  • Where is your business located?
  • What products do you sell?
  • What payment gateway(s), if any, do you currently have active?

With a few more details, I'll have a better idea of our options to re-enable Shopify Payments for your store. Thanks!
