Could you let me know a bit more about how you were notified that your payouts were on hold so we can get you pointed in the right direction for more info?
Were you contacted by email by one of our teams, or do you see a banner notification in your admin about this?
In either case, you may be required to submit documentation to confirm your personal identity or address as well as any business info.
Not to worry, as this is a normal part of using any payment processing system.
If you are being asked for documentation, let me know where in the world your store is based so I can share some info on the types of documents that can be accepted where you are.
