Once our live support team verifies your credentials, they can dig deeper into your account to see where the error is happening or why the routing number you are entering is not being accepted.
I also found this help document that provides more information about setting up Shopify Payments and all the requirements that come with it. Please give this a review as well to ensure the bank account you are entering qualifies for this payment gateway.
