If so, the banner will likely indicate one of the following messages:
Prompting you to upload documents. This will want to be done so as soon as possible. Please be sure to provide allthe requested information, ensuring documents are clear and complete (i.e the entire documents - no edges or corners cut off). Any submitted documents may take up to 3 business days to be reviewed.
If you're not seeing an option to upload documents, you will likely see a message asking you to contact support. In this case, you will want to head over to ourContact Pageand get in touch with our support advisors as soon as possible.
Alternatively, I would confirm that Shopify Payments is currently offered in your country or region. For a complete list, you can check out our Supported Countries For Shopify Payments documentation as it touches on this further.
