Shopify Payments

At the beginning of August I created my online business with Shophify and everything was going well until the 15th. I received a notification saying that my Shopify Payments had been blocked.
I received an email from Shopify informing me that I had to send some documents. Ok, no problem, I sent the documents. The problem is that I haven't been able to use Shopify Payments since the 15th. I've already contacted support about 10 times and the answer is always the same "We'll escalate your ticket to our team".
It's been 12 days and I still can't use Shopify Payments.
All my orders were filled with a tracking number, I don't understand why they blocked me.

I've spoken to support at least 10 times, and I've asked how long it might take and they always say they can't tell.

They are stealing everybody money now.
