Hello, 

Looking for some help - I uploaded all the documents required to set up Shopify Payments yet there is some kind of problem. I am assuming I need to resubmit some kind of documentation. I have started an enquiry with support but have not been advised what the  issue is, what I need to do to remedy it or given any indication of when I might get any assistance. 

Im hoping to launch my new website on the 01 of November and am pretty disappointed after spending months building the site that I only have paypal for payments and although I guess that will do to launch, its not ideal. 

Is there any way to cancel the current shopify payment application and resubmit it?
