Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Okay. So when I signed up for Shopify Balance account. I did so because I thought the funds would be available sooner. I was under the MISUNDRSTANDING that funds would be available within one to two business days. Nope. Five business days. Often one week later the funds are available. At first I thought it was because I am newer at selling. I figured it was kinda like ebay and paypal where the first few sales they hold the payment until item is shipped or delivered. Then after you have a bit of a track record, they release funds sooner. Just to find out today that is not the case. It takes up to five days with five days being the average. And actually it can take longer in some circumstances. Honestly, to me, getting paid sooner was the main reason I signed up for that account. Anyone actually getting paid sooner than five days with shopify balance?
I signed up for balance as a long time seller because my payouts to my bank account failed for a month. It’s been 42 DAYS since I’ve been paid. I’m dying. So I figured at least I’d get access to my money with this. The money says paid and my balance doesn’t even say pending. Does yours? I’m going to scream as obviously rent is due today.
