Shopify Payouts and Orders Blocked

I have been asked to verify my information to keep using Shopify Payment, i did submit all required documents but the verification didn’t go through, they blocked any more attempts to verify, and now my shop can’t accept any new orders nor can i receive my payouts.

I contacted the support many times and EVERY time they told me the same thing: « we escalated your issue to the right department, they will get back to you soon via email » 

IT’S BEEN A WEEK.. This is so ridiculous why is it taking so long? This is so disrespectful as im losing so much money everyday this issue getting dragged. And i feel like no one is even trying to fix this.

I can’t fulfilled my orders, received orders or my payouts… Because of a verification i already filled. I hope im dreaming because this cannot be serious.

I have the same problem, submitted documents and everything 3-4 weeks ago and still heard nothing back. I emailed them and contacted support several times with no resolution or updates
