Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm reaching out for assistance regarding an ongoing issue with my payouts being paused for over a month. I first noticed the hold back in July and have since contacted Shopify support multiple times, only to be told that my case has been escalated and is being reviewed by the payments team. However, despite these assurances, the issue remains unresolved.
This situation is impacting my business. Without access to funds, I've been unable to run ads as I won't fulfill orders efficiently, yet I'm still expected to pay my Shopify subscription fees. I've requested to speak with someone from the payments team or a manager, but was informed that the payments team only communicates via email, and there's no option to escalate further. They wouldn't provide me any contact information to reach out to the team despite me asking several times.
After 30 days of waiting, this has become incredibly frustrating. I'm seeking any advice or assistance on how to get this issue resolved promptly. Has anyone else experienced a similar delay, and if so, how was it resolved?
