Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I am new to Shopify but have now passed the 10 sales mark (yay!). It has been over 2 weeks since my first sale (February 14) and I have not received any payments from Shopify. All payments are marked as pending with no further details. I have double checked my bank account details and everything else I can think of, and have no notifications or emails about missing information, so I am lost. Have chatted with Shopify Support numerous times this week and my issue has been escalated since Monday the 27th with no update or movement communicated to me since then.
I understand it takes time to get integrated into the system and for everything to start running smoothly, but I have been selling on Etsy for about 8 years at a relatively high level and am frustrated at how long this process is taking now that I have branched out to Shopify.
I continue to receive orders and would like to fulfill them for my customers but cannot continue doing so without being paid. Please advise.
Same and I’m sick of contacting them. I’m just gonna close the store and do things from other platforms. I don’t even have that many sales and it shouldn’t take this long. One was from February as well. This is a very big inconvenience for everyone.
