Shopify Setup for US-Based Store with Shipping Only to India: Is It Possible?

I believe my case is quite unique, and I’m trying to resolve it. I want to run a Shopify store where the business operates in the US, and users purchase products in the US site (Market). However, I only want to allow shipping addresses in India (not shipping inside US and its a deal breaker). Based on my business model, these are purchases made by Indians in the US on behalf of their families in India for goods or services.

Is it possible to achieve this with Shopify without Multiple markets? I’ve tried various combinations with Shopify Markets and shipping options, but I want to avoid setting up multiple markets like the US or India. I want the only market to be the US, but the delivery should be restricted to India.
