Shopify shipping locations are not working properly

Hello,

Hope you're well, we only ship 70 miles radius from our warehouse in Kingston but have tried testing some locations which are not showing up, see screenshots.

This has significantly affected our CVR over the last 12 hours. Is there any way to fix this issue?

I think Shopify uses longitude and latitude information (generated from Google geocoding API) to calculate the straight-line distance between your address and the delivery address. This could be Google geocoding API failed to generate longitude and latitude information temporarily, or the address entered may not be complete or compatible. As a solution try again later or change the address formatting. Or if you need more robust and customized approach, you can use our app JsRates (https://apps.shopify.com/jsrates-shipping-rates) to calculate the driving distance (or straight-line distance) for your local delivery option. I understand you're looking to ship within a 70-mile radius of your Kingston warehouse. I recommend using the Zapiet - Rates by Distance app, which allows you to set your shipping radius and rates based on distance. Keep in mind that this app requires the Shopify Carrier Service API and can be added as a carrier for specific shipping locations and zones.

If you fail to fix it with Shopify default settings, check our Calcurates app, where you can set shipping method(s) based on the distance from your Origin (Warehouse) to the customer's destination address. We use Google Matrix API for distance calculation, so you should have you own API key with Google. We are happy to serve you with a free initial app setup.

Did you figure this out/resolve this? I am SO annoyed this isn't working — I don't want to have clients pay for apps when they should be able to fix this. I thought I was going crazy that it wasn't working!! But it has to be a glitch/bug
