I'm in the process of finishing setting up my online store and I'm looking at Shipping options.
My understanding is that being my business based in the United Kingdom and having United Kingdom as my only market, I'm eligible to use Shopify Shipping and therefore I can use calculated shipping rates and buy shipping labels from Evri or DPD. I'd like to set up calculated shipping rates based on the weight of my products and saved packages.
But when I click on my General Profile, then click on the Standard Rate and choose conditional price based on weight, that doesn't change the rate. And if I click on Add a rate and try to click on Use Carrier to calculate rates it says "There are no carriers or apps available for this zone." Is that because I am on the Basic Plan? But my understanding is that i can still calculate rates with Evri and DPD.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong and I'd really appreciate someone's help please.
