Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Shopify recently shut my store down for unknown reasons (they won't tell me). I'm an artist on the side and sell at local fairs, but recently I decided to try an online storefront with my local supporters in mind. Shortly after my very first release, Shopify randomly shut me down. I ship locally so I had already shipped out each piece. I had not yet updated tracking so I am missing my payments for my art and also can't update my customers' tracking information. This has left me in such a compromised position and I honestly don't know what to do. I have been reaching out to Shopify daily but I get no replies. Help!!

It's not an issue connecting, I have done countless live chats and send countless emails on my ticket. Shopify legal team opened an email ticket for me and I've been sending my emails there but no one ever responds. My issue is that I have a large sum of money still in my account that I can't access because shopify closed my store.
