Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I placed an order on 2nd September on a Shopify store named Crown Culture SA. Despite the estimated delivery time, it has now been over a month, and I have not received my item. I attempted to contact the store multiple times regarding the delay but have not received any responses.
Recently, I discovered that the store’s website has been shut down, and I have no way to track my order or request a refund through the site. It appears the business has ceased operations without informing customers or offering any resolution for pending orders.
Actions Taken:
1. Attempted to contact the store via email and social media on 9 September without any response.
2. Verified that the store’s website is no longer operational as of 25 September.
3. Checked my payment platform to ensure the payment was processed.
Request for Action:
I am seeking assistance in either receiving a refund or being directed on how to proceed with a complaint or a claim against this seller. If further investigation into the store’s legitimacy is needed, I am happy to provide any additional information. I also cannot attach a screenshot file to prove this situation,
