Hello, while setting up my product page I recently discovered an issue when I fully launch the site the store for some reason is unable to accept any sort of payment methods, but in the test mode it can accept any method I've chosen in the payments settings. I've tried reading some articles to fix the issue but none of the provided information has helped, I'm currently on the 1 euro for 3 months plan and the store is taking the following payment methods attached below:

Please note if any additional questions need to be answered, I'll happily do so.

Please note the information in the video is for testing purposes and isn't accurate to the actually information on the website or registered to shopify.

First attached video is my store not in testing mode and can accept payments

The 2nd attached video is my store not in testing mode, fully published but not accepting any sort of payments when every payment method expect for paypal is accepted.

I've tried turning off the payment methods and back on and still got no results with it.

Thank you for confirming those questions for me. The possible reason behind this error is account verification. When you're going through a Shopify Payments account verification you're usually notified about this via email or a banner on your admin homepage, and you may be advised to submit documentation to complete it. Please check whether you have relevant notifications and feel free to submit any requirements.

If there is no indication that your Shopify Payments account is going through verification, we’ll need to access your account in order to investigate this issue which is more timely in this case as we would love for you to be able to launch asap. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, please go through to this link here and log in to your account to create a support request.

After visiting the link and logging in, you'll be prompted to select a topic of your concern, click on the relevant topic and then click again on the relevant resource. Correction: For the first attached video the store was in testing mode, no clue why I said it wasn't.

Hi, @!

Thank you for reaching out here in our Shopify Community! I just want to gather further context here - what country are you operating your business from? I just want to ensure it is indeed a country where these payment methods are available.

Also what is primary currency on your store?

Thank you Nia for replying.

The country of operations for my business is Ireland, I registered the website in Ireland and plan to run it in Ireland and my primary currency on the shopify store is euro's, Europe's default currency.

I'll happily answer any other questions, thanks for replying.

Thank you for confirming that for me! Are you able to confirm which payment gateways you've set up? For example : Shopify Payments, PayPal etc

Can you also try testing your checkout through an incognito browser please? Let me know how that goes!

Hello Nia, I can confirm the only payment gateways I use on my store is the default Shopify payments I have not yet setup PayPal as a payment gateway for my store, and I have taken your advise and tried going into a incognito browser and that does not seem to help fix the issue, not sure how to go on further at this point to try and solve the issue.

The first attachment is just evidence I have payments turned on in my store.
