Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Dear whoever it may concern,
This is been an issue for a while now, I have been trying to pay for this theme and every two days it says processing and the payment gets failed, at first I thought my card / account might be at fault so I added another card which met all the required conditions that a card must have according to Shopify, and it still failed, several times, I kept adding new card details and all of them keep failing I also tried paying through Unified Payments Interface which did pay for one month's basic pay however it failed to pay for the theme, this has been going on for a month now, I contacted the bank as the Shopify Support team asked me to, but my bank says there's no issue on their end and that they don't see the payment getting failed. My account has been frozen for a while now and I am unable to move ahead with my store. I humbly request Shopify billing team or whoever it may concern to look into this matter and help me resolve this at the earliest.
