Shopify Verification Taking Forever? It's Been 5 Days and Nothing.

Does anyone have a time frame for your store to be verified by Shopify? Sent my docs off five working days ago – still radio silence. Gotta say, Shopify’s customer service is seriously dodgy.

Verification timescales are not fixed, but there are some things you can do to ensure the process happens faster; uploading clear, legible documents which match your store details always helps and documents should always be uploaded in standard formats (PDF, JPG). Meanwhile, you could attempt re-uploading by using an incognito browser session. This has allowed some customers to get the review much sooner without any further need to wait or re-contact support.
