Shopify won't accept my bank account for payouts

I use Lilli bank as my business bank account for a year now, and have received payouts through this bank. I'm not sure what the change was for, it appears Lilli may have changed banks. Lilli is "bank", a financial technology company that offers banking services through partner banks: Banking services are provided by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC. The Lili Visa® Debit Card is issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. The Card may be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. It appears they may have changed their bank partner so we were issued new routing numbers, but have the same account number. Now that the new routing number is in affect,all of my shopify payouts are failing or on hold. When I now try to attempt changing the account, with the new routing number I'm receiving a "this bank account cannot be used alert", is there a reason why? Lilli bank was never an issue before for my payouts?

I am having the same issue. Please post the resolution if you have found it.

I had to create a support ticket, send in identification , get is escalated
and they finally got it resolved higher up after about 5 business days.
