My store was closed down after months using shopify, shopify said I had fulfilled a couple of high risk orders. I had a balance of almost 5000 dollars and shopify said it would be paid out after 120 days. It’s been 120 days I got the mail from shopify asking for id and a bank account to payout the money which I provided. I am yet to receive payment in over 2 weeks and Shopify stopped responding emails
