Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
In my Shopify store, I set up my store and uploaded my products as a result of a 3-week labor day and night. I lost a lot of sleep for this and my sleep patterns changed. I gave 1350 dollars to a company for a seo optimization and bulk product upload and made my settings. I also waited for the effect of this to last. Finally, I received 3 consecutive orders. A day or two later, shopify suddenly closed my store without even a warning, citing policy violation products, and has not paid my bank for 19 days. I replied to the email sent to me but no one is getting back to me. Live support doesn't help in any way and the ticket team says every day that they don't know where the money is and doesn't give any information about it. For 19 days this company has not given me my money. What should I do, I still haven't fulfilled one of my orders because they haven't given me my money and I have to go into debt to fulfill other orders. Is this fair?

In short, you wrote an empty message and you will waste my time again. Shopify officials do nothing but waste people's time. They don't find solutions to any problems. The company hires you to waste people's time. I don't understand this at all. Read this message you wrote. It's not helpful. It serves no purpose. In short, you're telling me to throw me your ticket number. I'm telling you that no one has helped me for 19 days. What are you going to do with my ticket number? Don't you have a real solution. Are you kidding me? What's going to change when I give you my ticket number, man? You're not doing anything. It's been 20 days today and nobody has given me my money. I will give you my ticket number and you will tell me the same word that has been repeated to me for 20 days "Please wait patiently". What good are you people.
