Should i Fulfill this potential fraud order ?

Hey, so I just received this order it came back as medium on the fraud radar. The only thing that indicates it’s fraud is that the billing and the shipping address is 165 miles away and it appears that the customer used a VPN possibly? Everything else checks out and also he DM’d me on Instagram saying he was going to buy, seems like a 17 year old kid. Just wondering your thoughts on this because it is a $150 order if anyone can reach back to me I’d greatly appreciate it.

Ultimately, it will be up to you to decide whether to fulfill this order. I did, however, want to share our help document with you on fraud prevention which has some ways you can investigate the order, such as verifying that the billing and shipping addresses match, calling the number on the order to confirm, and search the email address. Again, the decision is completely up to you and what you feel comfortable with.

Hell they replied to me via Instagram DM and sent me a ID that matched the name on the order, I think they were just using a VPN when ordering he said that his wifi is slow that’s why he uses a VPN
