Site selling fake goods is missing return address - how do I find the address?

Hi there a shopify store reporting to sell trade marked goods has sent me an obviously fake good. I need to find out their business address to return the item. They do not provide this address on their site and are trying to extort me for a return shipping fee. I’d like to send the good by my own provider for cheaper. 

please can you help me locate their business address that is necessary to meet Shopify ToS?

I have also contacted the seller of the real trade marked good to report their site as the IP owner. Thanks

I ordered from dreams (the smart swim trainer) on 5/24/2024.  I received a confirmation and my credit card was charged.  I tried looking today, 6/5/2024, to check the status of my order.  The link to my order doesn’t work and the link to their website doesn’t work.  I would think that Shopify would want to shut this store down.  I did try emailing them but have not gotten a reply yet.

I did yesterday. Totally NOT the items i ordered. I ordered airless smart swim trainers. One green, one pink. Free canopies with both. I got 2 blow up floaties. Both multi-colored. No canopies. Size XL. These are for my newborn granddaughter. When I ordered, I didn’t have to specify size. I am going to email them and try to get a refund.

I have the same issue. Dreampid sent me a confirmation email, clicked the tracking link and the website doesn't work, same for the link to the store.

I have not yet, I filed a dispute with my Cc and was refunded. My concern is them having my Cc info.
