I just launched my client's store and we noticed 5 orders say they were placed in 'Test Mode' but Test Mode has been turned off. I double checked and the checkbox is unticked. There are payments that went through besides those 5 orders that were fine. We are using Shopify Payments. Any ideas why & can we change them to regular orders, so we can fulfill the order? Thanks in advance!
I want to add, my client checked and the money was received on their statement. Not sure what to do at this point, but we are leaving the orders 'unfulfilled' until we receive guidance.
