I am trying to figure out which orders have been hit with an "adjustment" for the shipping labels. In the generic help topics, it says the orders will have the adjustments listed in the transaction history. I have combed through a months worth and I have not see any indication on which orders were the issue. Yet, we have had over $1,200 in adjustments, so it should be a lot of orders. There is nothing to indicate that is the case though. Is there a way to pull or sort those orders so I can get a clearer picture on which shipping labels are the issue?
Usually, shipping adjustments appear on the order's timeline. Maybe try reaching out to Shopify's Merchant Support directly.
