Souravkurtas.myshopify.com site is unavailable

I came across this site" souravkurtas.myshopify.com " on YouTube where they advertised a clearance sale and I ordered products worth Rs 554/- on June 25. After the payment was done via Gpay, I received a thankyou message from the site. But that was it. There were no updates and whenever I tried to reach the given link it showed " site is unavailable". What's scary is along with the money, my personal details including my address were also shared. There's no way to communicate with the shop as the only link provided is not working. I heard complaints from other customers as well. Someone has to be held responsible if it's actually a scam. If Shopify can't provide a promising explanation I'm afraid I have to proceed legally.

If you're having an issue with an order you made online, our first advice would usually be to reply to any confirmation the store has sent you for an update.

Should they not work to resolve your issue or if the store itself is not available to check for contact info and 30 days or more have passed you can next inform the payment method (card issuer, PayPal, etc) you used to make this order to let them know what has happened.

They can discuss your next steps with regard to this transaction with you from there.
