So, I have been given the run around for 3 business days now. The startup won't identify my EIN# and the customer service staff is dragging their feet and unhelpful. No one will get back to me. This is abysmal CS care. I have been told the following 4 times now. Someone will be reaching out>this has been escalated>we need to get your verification docs to the right dept.> they will be reaching out>someone will update you soon>thank you is there anything else we can help with. Like my site has been ready to go live since Friday 6/21. and now still on 6/24 I can not, as they will not verify my EIN # and unlock the store. Why can you not speak to a manager who can help this along. There is no phone, loops of emails from 4 different reps, and just a we are working. How?! I have not been given anywhere to submit these docs so you can verify!

I understand this situation is not ideal, I definitely want to make sure you are getting the help you need. Can you please share the ticket number of the interaction where you did not get the support you need? While I can't directly access tickets via the Community Forums due to our authentication processes, I can flag the ticket for review and ensure it is getting the required support.
