SSN Not Working & Cannot Buy Shipping Labels. Need Help ASAP>

My SSN is not working and saying in valid every time I try to put it in. Im sure it's the same one so I don't know whats going on. I reached out to Shopify support and they said they would get back to me but haven't got back to me in 4 days and I've launched my brand and have gotten multiple orders and haven't been able to buy shipping labels because of this. Before launching my website, the advisor told me that having Shopify payments wont affect any functions just hold my money which I was okay with but she was totally wrong. I figured that I couldn't buy the shipping labels and ship out my products. I have had the worst last couple days with Shopify and am heavily considering moving to WIX if this doesn't get handled ASAP. I need Shopify payments to work with SSN and to buy shipping labels so my customers  can get their product. I need help, my brand depends on it.
