I used shopify for years for my consulting business and without notice, they closed my account for unknown reasons. Not only that, they pulled over $16,000 of deposits from my bank account for services already rendered. I have contacted support countless times attempting to get some type of information and all I am met with is false promises, then complete silence. I had to pull cash advances from cards to just pay rent after they put my bank account negative with all the withdrawals. It has been over 15 months at this point. Is there any options available to me, or do I have to hire a lawyer just to get my funds back.
