Friends, Need Support!
Shopify store is closed due to non clear bill, Shopify has requested payment, we have selected payment as UPI, the payment is expired, but still Shopify shows in process and not able to clear or select another payment method.

Can anyone help?
Appreciate your support on same.

I understand your store is currently inactive, and you're unable to clear or select another payment method. To confirm, have already reached out to our authenticated Support to create a support request? The reason I ask is, our community team does not have access to your account information due to privacy and security reasons. I recommend reaching out via the Shopify Help Center if you haven't already to connect with a Support Advisor. 

 

If you have already reached out to Support, you can try replying directly to any existing Support tickets you may have so that our team can take a more detailed look.

We have already raised request but Shopify has not given any timeline, our store is closed since last 15 days. 
we need urjent support, and here Shopify support not sharing any timeline.

Are you able to advise what Support has suggested? I recommend replying directly to your ticket ID, to ensure it reaches the appropriate team. While we're unable to provide a specific timeline, rest assured that your ticket is actively being reviewed.
