About 1 hour ago, I received an order as delivery from the store, but since 9 o'clock I received the problem ‘Collection points are not available.’ Can you help me urgently what this problem could be?

1. Pickup Location Not Configured Correctly

If you offer local pickup or collection, the issue might be related to the configuration of your pickup location.

2. Inventory Issues

If there’s no stock assigned to the collection point (pickup location), Shopify won’t offer it as an option.

3. Shipping Zone Misconfiguration

If you’ve recently updated your shipping settings, you may have accidentally removed the collection points from the shipping zone.

4. Third-Party App Integration Issue

If you’re using a third-party app to manage local delivery or pickup (e.g., Zapiet or Store Pickup + Delivery), the issue may be with the app’s settings.

5. API or Syncing Delay

Sometimes, Shopify’s servers or integrated apps experience delays in syncing location data, especially during high-traffic periods.

6. Customer's Location Not Matching Pickup Zone

If the customer's address is outside the pickup location's defined area, Shopify won’t show the collection option.

 

 

Steps to Resolve Immediately

Test the issue by placing a test order as a customer and check if the problem persists.

Confirm the affected location's setup under Settings > Locations and ensure it is enabled for pickup.

Verify inventory availability at the pickup location.

Check Shopify’s status page for any ongoing issues.

Hi,

after talking to the customer representative yesterday, I received an order as delivery from the store, but when I want to receive it as delivery from the store, it gives an error, I wonder if the problem could be on th e shopify side.
