Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi, I am planning to sell a new product online. The business is in the Bahamas (Bahamas IBC), but planning to fulfil (via 3PL) and sell product in the USA. What is the best way to setup my new store? Which payment processors are best for a Bahamas based business that can take credit cards for US persons? Do I setup my store as a USA location? If so, how do I do that if I do not have a US address or US LLC. Thanks!
Hi, @nwr242.
Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to share some details.
In order to find the best payment processors for a Bahamas-based business that can take credit cards for US persons, visit our landing page here and select the Bahamas from the drop-down list. In terms of selecting your location, you will want to review our terms of service and perhaps consult with a business professional to ensure that you are providing accurate information in your store. You will also want to review your payment providers terms to ensure compliance as well.
