Stripe ans Paypal setup for my Accounting

Hello,
I integrated Stripe with my Shopify store.

Shopify represents 90% of my sales and most of my shop's customers pay via Stripe.

My problem: when the Shopify transaction goes up in Stripe, only the amount and the customer ID goes up.

What I would like is that when I have a Stripe transaction, on my Shopify account, I can see and export in my Stripe dashboard: the name of the product, the reference, its VAT rate, its shipping costs ( if they exist).

How to do this ? How to configure Stripe for Shopify so that this information goes back?
