Stripe payments

Hello,

I have problem in my page empiree.fi with payments. Customers shop and pays with Stripe, but I cant see any money in my account?! In march and april payments dont come to my bank account anymore. What is the problen? No connection? 

In Shopify I can see that payment is done with stripe, but in stipe page there are nothing, as well in bank.

 

And can you give me my account ID (it starts with acct_), then Stripe can help me as well.

While Stripe is a third party payment processor, and likely you will need to contact them for support on your missing Payouts, you can check over the steps below for some troubleshooting.

 

  • Log in to your Stripe account and check your dashboard to see if there are any notifications or alerts that may provide clues as to why your payouts are not being processed.

  • Make sure that your bank account information is correct and up-to-date in your Stripe account. If your bank account information is incorrect, your payouts may be rejected. Learn more about troubleshooting your bank account here.

  • Check for any holds or disputes. If there are any holds or disputes on your Stripe account, it may prevent payouts from being processed. Check your account for any holds or disputes and resolve them as soon as possible. Check out 'My payout is missing, changed, or postponed' at this link.

  • Check that Stripe is set up correctly within your Shopify Admin.

  • Check your payout schedule. Depending on your account setup, your payouts may be processed on a different schedule. Check your payout schedule in your Stripe account to ensure that you're expecting the payout at the right time. Learn more about Payout Schedules by clicking this link.
