Hello everyone,

I have once connected my store to Stripe. I've created a new stripe account and changed my store's domain, so I've created a new stripe account. Now, when I try to connect stripe to my store I get the message something went wrong. Not Found: The page you were looking for does not exist. Photo below. Did anyone have this problem ?

Hey @MatasMo

The error message you're encountering, "Not Found: The page you were looking for does not exist," typically suggests that there may be an issue with the connection or configuration between your Shopify store and Stripe.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the connection process. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve any potential conflicts.

  2. Use a different browser or incognito mode: Try accessing the Stripe setup page using a different browser or in incognito mode to rule out any browser-specific issues.

  3. Verify your Stripe account credentials: Double-check that you are entering the correct credentials (e.g., account details, API keys) for your new Stripe account during the setup process. Make sure that your new Stripe account is properly set up and activated.

  4. Check your Shopify account settings: Ensure that your Shopify account settings are correctly configured to connect with Stripe. Verify that your new Stripe account is selected as the payment provider in your Shopify settings.

  5. Contact Shopify Support: If the issue persists, it's best to reach out to Shopify Support for further assistance. They will have access to your account information and can help investigate and resolve any underlying issues.

When contacting Shopify Support, provide them with specific details about the error message you're receiving and any troubleshooting steps you've already taken. This will help them better understand the situation and provide more targeted assistance.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue with connecting Stripe to your store.
